Sharing a passion for residential building, Andrews Builders was established in 2003 by brothers, Steve and Brian Andrews.

As construction supervisor, Brian has over 13 years of residential construction experience. Brian manages a skilled construction team and serves as the main point of contact with clients during construction.

Steve Andrews has 15 years of experience in the architectural design industry working for top residential home builders in Central Ohio. Steve is responsible for designs, budgets and schedules.

Andrews Builders will listen closely, incorporate your ideas and create a flexible and efficient design of your project. Our design process will arm you with the necessary information to make sound decisions moving forward. Your final design documents will contain detailed information for the construction team to ensure your vision is carried out during the building process.

Andrews Builders, LLC has 25 years of combined design/build experience. We have completed a wide range of projects including new single-family homes and custom remodelings. Light commercial work including tenant buildouts and office remodelings. We also have experience in adapting existing conditions for accessibility requirements.

With our in-house design expertise, we will work along-side you to turn your project ideas into reality.
